Privacy Policy

Manual Camera Pro (“the app”) is designed around a single principle: your photos, videos, and the device you take them on are yours alone.

The short version

• The app is fully on-device. There are no servers, no accounts, and no login.
• The app does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data.
• The app contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs of any kind.
• No data leaves your device except through actions you explicitly take (e.g. using the system share sheet).

What the app accesses, and why

• Camera — to show the live viewfinder and capture photos and video. Frames are processed on-device (for example, for focus peaking) and are never sent anywhere.
• Microphone — only while recording video, to capture audio for that recording.
• Photo Library (add-only) — to save the photos and videos you capture directly to your system Photos library. The app requests add-only access and cannot read, browse, or modify your existing library.

The app uses Apple’s permission prompts for each of the above. You can review or revoke any of these at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security.

What we store

The app stores a small set of preferences on your device only (your Basic/Advanced choice, per-mode settings, theme, and language). This data never leaves the device and is removed when you delete the app.

Data sharing

We do not share data with third parties because we do not collect any. When you use the iOS share sheet to send a photo or video, that content is handled by iOS and the destination you choose, under their respective terms.

Children’s privacy

The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published with the app and dated above.
