These terms govern your use of the Manual Camera Pro application (“the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
1. License
The app is sold to you for a one-time price. Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. All features are unlocked for every buyer. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions.
2. Ownership of your content
You retain all rights to the photos and videos you capture. The app stores captures directly in your device’s Photos library and claims no ownership or license over them.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app lawfully and in accordance with all applicable recording, privacy, and consent laws in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for the content you capture.
4. No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Camera capabilities (such as RAW, ProRAW, ProRes, and Apple Log) depend on your device and operating system; the app exposes only what your hardware supports.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost photos, videos, or data, arising from your use of the app.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated alongside app updates. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
