By downloading or using Monkey Remembers: Notes, Tasks (āthe appā), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you donāt agree, please donāt use the app.
Monkey Remembers is a simple note-taking and reminder app. You can write or dictate notes, organize them into folders, mark them done or archive them, copy or share a note, and set alarms that remind you via local notifications.
The notes you create are yours. They are stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own iCloud account. We have no access to your notes and claim no ownership over them. You are responsible for the content you create.
Please use the app lawfully. Donāt use it to store or share illegal content, and donāt try to misuse, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the app or the devices and services it runs on.
The app relies on Apple services such as iCloud, notifications, and speech recognition. Your use of those services is governed by Appleās own terms and policies. We are not responsible for Appleās services.
The app is provided āas isā and āas availableā, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that alarms and reminders will always be delivered. Please donāt rely on it as your only system for critical reminders.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the app. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, weāll revise the āLast updatedā date above. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of TĆ¼rkiye, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
