Privacy Policy — Reakto
This policy explains what Reakto does — and does not do — with information about you. It is short because the app is.
The short version
This version of Reakto collects nothing. No accounts, no sign-in, no servers of ours, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs. The app makes no network requests at all. It never asks for your name, email address, contacts, photos, location, camera, or microphone.
Everything you do in the game happens on your device and stays there.
What the app stores on your device
Reakto stores two settings using iOS's standard preferences storage (UserDefaults):
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Sound effects on/off | To remember your choice |
| Haptics on/off | To remember your choice |
Match state — the board, the score, whose turn it is — lives in memory only and is gone when you close the app. Nothing is written anywhere else, nothing is transmitted, and none of it is readable by the developer.
Deleting the app deletes these settings.
What we receive
Nothing. There is no server to receive it. The developer has no way of knowing that you installed Reakto, opened it, or what you did in it.
The one indirect exception is Apple: because the app is distributed through the App Store, Apple provides developers with aggregate, anonymised statistics — counts of downloads and crash reports, for example. That data comes from Apple, is not linked to you as an individual, and is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Links that leave the app
Settings offers four links: rate the app, share it, and open this policy or the terms. Tapping one hands you to the App Store, to iOS's share sheet, or to your browser — each with its own privacy policy. Reakto sends nothing with you when you go.
Children
Reakto is rated 4+. It has no chat, no user-generated content, and no data collection, so there is nothing for a child to disclose through it. The developer does not knowingly — or unknowingly, given the above — collect personal information from anyone, children included.
Your rights
Data-protection law gives you rights to access, correct, export, object to, and delete the personal data an organisation holds about you — under the GDPR in the EEA and the UK, the CCPA/CPRA in California, and the KVKK in Türkiye, among others.
We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing on our side to act on. The on-device settings above are removed by deleting the app.
Security
There are no credentials to steal and no gameplay data that leaves your device.
Changes
This policy describes the version of Reakto currently on the App Store. A future version may work differently — for example by introducing advertising, which would mean an advertising provider collecting data described in its own policy. If that happens, this policy is rewritten and republished at this address, its effective date changes, the change is noted in the release notes, and the App Store privacy information is updated with the same release. Nothing changes retroactively: what a version does is what this page said when it shipped.
