Terms of Service — Reakto
By downloading or using Reakto, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please delete the app.
1. What you get
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Reakto on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service. That is a licence to use the app — not a sale of it.
Reakto is free to download. Section 4 covers changes to how it works in a later version.
2. What you may not do
You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except where that restriction is void under applicable law; remove or alter any notices in it; redistribute, rent, lease, or sell it; or use it to break the law.
3. Your device, your data
Reakto keeps your sound and haptics preferences on your device and nothing else. There is no account to lose and no cloud save. Deleting the app deletes those settings and any match in progress. Keeping your device and its backups is your responsibility.
4. Availability and changes
We may update the app, change or remove features, change how it is funded, or stop distributing it altogether. We will not delete anything from your device by doing so, but an update may change how the game plays or what it shows you. Where a change affects how information about you is handled, the Privacy Policy is updated and republished with that release. We are not obliged to provide support, updates, or continued availability.
5. Intellectual property
Reakto — its code, artwork, sounds, name, and icon — belongs to the developer and is protected by copyright. These terms give you no rights in it beyond the licence in section 1.
6. No warranty
Reakto is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app is error-free or that it will run uninterrupted on every device.
Nothing here excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded — in particular the statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, arising out of your use of Reakto. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app — which, Reakto being free, is zero.
This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
8. Apple
These terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Reakto or its content, has no obligation to provide support for it, and is not responsible for addressing any claim you may have about it, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual-property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
9. Termination
The licence ends if you breach these terms, or when you delete the app. Sections 5 through 8 survive.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction — without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
11. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the effective date above changes with them and the current version is published at this address. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
