Where are my notes stored? On your device, and — if iCloud is enabled — in your own iCloud account. We never see your notes and there’s no account to create. See our Privacy Policy.
My notes aren’t syncing between devices. Make sure iCloud Drive is turned on for Monkey Remembers in Settings → [your name] → iCloud, and that both devices are signed into the same Apple ID and connected to the internet.
Voice dictation isn’t working. Voice dictation needs a real device with a microphone (it won’t work in the Simulator). The first time you use it, allow Microphone and Speech Recognition access when prompted. You can review these under Settings → Monkey Remembers.
An alarm didn’t go off. Make sure notifications are allowed in Settings → Monkey Remembers → Notifications, and that the alarm time is in the future. Reminders are delivered as local notifications.
